Kai Birth Package

The kai birth package is centred around providing you with delicious nutrient dense foods that help support for pregnancy and postpartum healing period.
+ 2-4 antenatal sessions depending on how much support you would like. These sessions will be accompanied by herbal tea blend concocted for you for how you're feeling prior to the session. Along with a treat! Breaking bread and sharing a cuppa is a great way for us to get to know each other and to help maintain a peaceful environment while we discuss what your birth might look like.
We will also discuss what foods you like to eat and what we can cook that can support you and you bub. We will also make a plan for whatr you'd like to eat after you've given birth. We can meal prep these together or I can do it for you. These meals will be based around established knowledge on what helps support your healing, milk supply, and overall recovery during your fourth trimester.
+ On call for birth from 38 weeks. Birth attendance for as long as you like - call me in whenever feels right for you and your whānau.
+ 2 postpartum sessions. To process your birth experience, help out with pepi, settle into your new whānau, these sessions will look different depending on you and what would be most beneficial for you. We will establish in the antenatal sessions what these might look like. Do you just want someone to be there and listen while you tell the story of your birth you experienced? Do you want someone to go for a walk with you? Occupy pepi while you look after yourself? Postpartum sessions will be accompanied by herbal tea blended for you, a treat and four family sized meals packed full of beneficial nutrients for your body to heal and help with lactation.

Purchasing this product entitles you to an initial ~hour long session to discuss my work and for you to determine if we are a good fit for each other. It's important who you invite into your birth space! If you go ahead with booking me this is considered a deposit which will be subtracted from the price.
The total price of this birth package is $1200.
